Data breach procedures
Data breaches are handled in compliance with GDPR. Any incident resulting in personally identifiable information being breached will be reported to both the ICO and any clients affected without delay and within 72 hours.
We have drastically minimised the amount of data we hold, and store no data that would be considered sensitive i.e. payment information. We exclusively work in a B2B capacity and, as such, the data we hold is of the non-sensitive nature and, in most cases, freely available on the client’s website. However, we take all applicable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data.
